Chelsea Building Society & Mis-Sold PPI

Many customers were mis-sold PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) by Chelsea Building Society, PPI was usually added to a customer's policy by Chelsea Building Society, in some cases without their knowledge. Chelsea Building Society were known to refuse a credit application if PPI was refused by the customer.
