  • An email will be sent to the email addresses you provided which will contain a link for you to sign your claim documents
  • You will need to review these documents titled:
    • Letter of Authority
    • Terms and Conditions
  • If you are happy to proceed, you will need to provide your signature
    • Use your finger, stylus or mouse
    • Make sure it is a true likeness of your signature
